Yes, the majority of the Letters & Numbers we provide are freestanding.
All the wooden options are freestanding.
With the paper mache options, there are some Letters & Numbers that do not stand on their own and would need further assistance e.g. Blue Tac. This is mentioned in the description of the products.
Yes, Most of the items I make can be customised and created in alternative colours. If you would like an alternative colour or you are unsure what colour option you would like, please contact me and I will be more than happy to help.
If you find that something you would like to buy is showing as out of stock please contact me. There may be some instances where this may not be the case and/or I can offer similar alternatives for you.
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email once you have place your order. Please read and check the details carefully to make sure that they are correct.
Should there be an error in your order, please contact me ASAP.
If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your Junk/Spam folder as it may have been diverted there.
If you need an item by a specific date, please do let me know and will advise if it's possible. Wherever possible, I will do all I can to ensure your order is received in time for your desired date.
As all products are handmade and made to order, turnaround times vary depending on the items you are ordering. I do my best to ensure items are sent out as quickly as possible. Please see individual products for turnaround times.
*Turnaround time is the length of time taken to make your item, please add delivery time to this in order to figure out when you will receive your order.
A Digital Download is an electronic file which you will be able to immediately download onto your computer, tablet or smartphone.
You will receive your Digital Download instantly once you have personalised in the Corjl App.
You have access to this file anytime you want for 60 days from your purchase, after this, you will no longer have access and therefore will need to purchase the design again.
