RETURNS INFORMATION
HERE YOU'LL FIND ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED ABOUT RETURNING AN ITEM
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will need to ship your items back within 21 days.
If you ever have any issues, please do get in contact and I will do my best to help resolve for you.
To add a product to your order you will need to place a new order
To change the details of your delivery address remove items from order or cancel completely please contact me asap.
Once your order has been processed we are unable to make any further changes.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs
Customers are also responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition

Cancellations will only be accepted if received within 24 hours of placing an order. After this time your order will be fully processed.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your return
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method
Due to the nature of this product being a digital file we cannot accept cancellations or refunds on Digital Downloads. Please ensure you have read and understood the full description before purchasing.
